• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

💸 Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or as store credit.

• Refunds are not applicable for opened, used, or personalized products.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Used beauty tools, opened cosmetics, personal care, and hygiene products.
